The project took place in 4 stages:

• Technical recommendations for the design and deployment of the solution;
• Platform installation and supply of installation documentation;
• Recommendations for user processes (technical administration, backup, recovery of application building blocks) and supervision processes (sensors and alert thresholds for the entire technical chain);
• Assistance with commissioning

At the same time, Sollan trained the technical and operational teams for the deployment of the Nuxeo EDM system and the development of complementary functionalities of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solution.

Wishing to ramp up expertise with the solution, the university requested training support for Nuxeo Studio focusing on 4 key points:

• A review of the main functionalities and concepts of the Nuxeo platform
• The definition of a document typology and structure
• The customisation of the display and search engines
• The implementation of business logic.
